Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in the United States is seeking a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to supervise clinic-based RBTs and oversee the delivery of ABA plans of care, working with BCBA(s) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in the daily delivery of ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
