Job summary

Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a BCaBA to support individualized ABA treatment for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will work under a BCBA, helping refine treatment plans, collect progress data, train Behavior Technicians, and engage with families and clinical staff to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills.

You will also contribute to clinical documentation, participate in team meetings, and maintain compliance with ethics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and program development.
• Coach and support Behavior Technicians delivering treatment.
• Participate in parent meetings, team trainings, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain documentation, data collection, and necessary records accurately and timely.
• Adhere to BACB ethics, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
