Job summary

Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a BCaBA to support development and implementation of ABA treatment plans under supervision. You will collect data, assist with assessments, and coach Behavior Technicians to improve learner outcomes.

You will collaborate with families and clinical staff, ensure timely documentation, and maintain ethical and licensure standards while promoting a safe, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress and support treatment decisions.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support learner outcomes.
• Complete clinical documentation, data collection, and other required records accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
