Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health codes.
• Open/close the restaurant, including cash handling and end-of-day procedures.
• Step in for the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly.
