ACGBBQ, LLC, a Sonny’s BBQ licensed franchisee, is looking for a hardworking BOH Team Member in New Hampshire. You will cook, follow Sonny’s BOH procedures, operate grills, fryers, and a bread griller, and help maintain a clean, safe kitchen.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to read orders via KDS, handle sharp knives and equipment, and assist with cleaning and sanitation. Benefits include competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Related experience in restaurant kitchen or training preferred.
• Ability to read orders and follow kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Cook and operate grill, fryers, and bread grill.
• Memorize and apply Sonny’s BOH terminology and procedures.
• Read orders and process them according to KDS.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation; perform end-of-shift cleaning.
• Handle knives and slicer safely; assist with other duties as assigned.
