Job summary

Teradyne in San Jose, CA is seeking a Factory Applications Engineer to support TestInsight software solutions for customers in the San Jose region. You will bridge design and ATE environments, lead adoption of multi-platform test programs, and collaborate with EDA and test engineers on site.

You will partner with Teradyne SW developers to implement enhancements that meet customer requirements, build close relationships with test and design teams, and ensure best usage of the ATE platform.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor test and/or DFT.
• Strong understanding of DFT processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in the San Jose, CA region on TestInsight software solutions.
• Lead adoption of multi-platform test program development with semiconductor design and test companies.
• Collaborate with EDA and test engineers on customer sites and with TestInsight SW developers to meet requirements.
• Build close working relationships with customer test and design teams and ensure best usage of the ATE platform.
