Altumare Capital is seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead the SF Bay Area expansion, owning the P&L and driving a hyper-growth home services platform. You will oversee field operations, scheduling, and customer experience while building a high-performance team.

The role blends in-office leadership with hands-on field execution in Southern California's emerging Bay Area growth corridor. You are a data-driven operator with Private Equity-style experience who can lead with integrity,

Qualifications

• 8-10 years experience in GM/leadership roles.
• Private Equity style operator experience preferred.
• Based in the Peninsula/South Bay area or close by.
• Willing to work both in office and in the field during regular hours.

Responsabilités

• Act like an owner and make strategic calls.
• Understand the customer and uphold a customer-first standard.
• Run the field: oversee scheduling/dispatch and optimize routes.
• Build and drive infrastructure and process improvements with ops managers and CTO.
• Hire, lead, mentor, and develop technicians and service professionals.
• Be hands-on to ensure daily tasks are completed and targets met.
• Live in the data and monitor KPIs to drive profitability and service excellence.
