Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED seeks a Business Unit Manager in San Francisco to lead a growing consulting activity across California. You will build and manage a high-performing team, develop strategic client relationships, and drive profitability in a hybrid work model.

Work with the California leadership team to expand in biotech, technology and infrastructure, recruit top talent, and deliver program and project management excellence across the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in consulting, advisory services, or business development.
• Experience delivering and selling consulting services is preferred.
• Ability to engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities.
• Leadership mindset and ability to develop teams.
• Familiarity with the Bay Area market.
• Experience in project, program or portfolio management environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and interview candidates.
• Build a strong consultant team.
• Coach and develop consultants throughout their assignments.
• Support their professional growth and performance.
• Manage and grow your own account portfolio.
• Work with delivery leaders to ensure projects are successful and create long-term client partnerships.
