Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Countrywood and Colonial Garden Apartments in Fremont, CA. This full-time role (40 hours) runs Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm, with on-call duties possible.

You will perform repairs, maintenance, and make-ready tasks to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience, familiarity with RealPage or Yardi, and knowledge of appliances and systems

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with common diagnostic and repairs for standard apartment appliances such as GE, Whirlpool washers and dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, HVAC, painting, drywall.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests and perform repairs and preventative apartment maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and final walkthroughs.
• Maintain inventory and supplies and notify supervisor of reorder needs.
