Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for One Pearl Place Apartments in San Jose, CA. This full-time role (40 hours) runs Tue-Sat, 8am-5pm, with on-call duties possible.

You will handle upkeep, preventative maintenance, and make-readies to keep the community safe and welcoming. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, familiarity with RealPage or Yardi, and skills in plumbing, painting, and general upkeep.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience with property management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with common diagnostic and repairs for standard apartment appliances.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and walkthroughs.
• Document all work and maintenance logs accurately.
