Woodmont Real Estate Services in Fremont, CA is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to service Countrywood and Colonial Garden Apartments. This full-time role requires hands-on maintenance, plumbing, painting, and housekeeping skills to keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming.

You'll work Tue-Sat 8am-5pm, respond to service requests, complete make-readies for vacant units, manage inventory, document work, and coordinate with residents, vendors, and the onsite team to ensure

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with common diagnostic and repairs for standard apartment appliances.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests and perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspections and walkthroughs.
• Maintain inventory and supplies, document all work performed, and notify supervisor of needs.
• Assist with cleaning common areas and supporting cost-containment efforts.
