Job summary

Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for One Pearl Place Apartments in San Jose, CA. This full-time role supports repairs, preventative maintenance, and turnover tasks to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming.

The candidate should have 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and familiarity with common appliances and property management systems. The shift runs Tuesday through Saturday, 8am–5pm, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily property management
• Experience with RealPage, Yardi or other property management systems preferred
• Familiarity with repairs for standard apartment appliances such as washers/dryers, refrigerators, microwaves, HVAC, painting, drywall

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests and perform repairs and preventative maintenance per company policies and safety standards
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and vendor coordination
• Maintain inventory and supplies, document all work and maintenance logs
• Assist with cleaning of common areas and general upkeep of the community
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible and using supplies efficiently
