Woodmont Real Estate Services is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Central Park Apartments in Santa Clara, CA. The role focuses on maintenance, plumbing, turnover, painting, and housekeeping to keep the community safe, clean, and welcoming.

Requirements include 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience and familiarity with property management systems such as RealPage, HappyCo, and Yardi. The position is full-time with on-site duties and possible on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience in multifamily property management.
• Experience with RealPage, HappyCo, Yardi or other property management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with common diagnostic and repairs for standard apartment appliances (GE, Whirlpool, refrigerators, microwaves, HVAC, painting, drywall).

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service requests and perform repairs and preventive apartment maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and walkthroughs.
• Maintain inventory and supplies; notify supervisor of reorders.
• Document all work completed and maintenance logs.
• Assist with cleaning common areas and upkeep; pressure-washing.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing when possible.
• Attend property safety meetings and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect vendor/contractor work for quality assurance.
• Report maintenance issues during periodic property inspections.
