Alpha reimagines the school day around faster learning and stronger mentorship, seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to grow enrollment at a Bay Area campus. You will generate demand through preschools, feeder schools, partnerships, and local events while managing a portfolio of families through the admissions journey.

You will lead tours, host events, and defend the AI-powered learning model to analytical parents, establishing yourself as the trusted local face with a scalable playbook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles with $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.
• Own end-to-end client journey: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
• Measurable growth or customer-acquisition numbers with local partnerships.
• 7+ concurrent relationships tracked in a CRM.
• Experience leading in-person tours for high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Willing to relocate within 60 days to Palo Alto or San Rafael.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment at one Bay Area campus by engaging families who thrive in the Alpha model.
• Own the full admissions journey from inquiry through onboarding, with a personal touch.
• Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions for analytical, skeptical parents.
• Maintain 7+ active family relationships with tracked status and next actions.
• Report pipeline health weekly and refine the local admissions playbook.
