Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness. You will drive AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 requirements, lead internal and supplier audits, and partner with Product Quality Engineering on nonconformances and field issues.

The role involves hands-on work on the floor, development of quality dashboards, and building scalable QA processes across the production environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace/defense manufacturing or related field with 4–7 years of experience.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment (AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015).
• Experience with AS9100D internal auditing or ability to certify within 90 days of hire.
• Proven ownership of a corrective action system and end-to-end audit experience.
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, and BI systems and building quality reporting from them.
• Experience with DCMA, DFARs, and government/defense programs requirements.
• U.S. Person status is required and travel ~20%.

Responsabilidades

• Own the BA quality management system and top-level processes, keeping docs current and compliant.
• Lead QMS planning, objectives, risk management, and management review cycles.
• Own the internal audit program end-to-end and supervise audit execution.
• Own supplier and external provider audit program under AS9100D and drive corrective actions.
• Support first article inspection (AS9102) and MRB disposition with Product Quality Engineering.
• Manage registrar relationship, surveillance and recertification scheduling, and customer audits.
• Own quality KPIs, dashboards, and monthly reporting to leadership.
• Conduct 6S and FOD audits on the production floor and manage ESD/counterfeit programs.
