Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness. This role involves on‑the‑floor oversight, supplier and special‑process audits, and driving continuous improvement across QMS processes in a defense manufacturing environment.

You will partner with Product Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure compliance with AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015, while preparing for AS9100 transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–7 years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment — AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015.
• Equivalent depth in AS9110C, AS912.

Responsibilities

• Own the BA quality management system and its top‑level processes — keeping procedures, work instructions, and records current, compliant, and actually used.
• Lead QMS planning: quality objectives, risk and opportunity management, and the Management Review cycle.
• Own the internal audit program end to end: maintain the annual schedule covering every QMS process across the certification cycle.
