Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a senior software engineer to lead a small team and prototype state-of-the-art software across tactical systems and web apps. You will work in an agile setting, using high-fidelity modeling and analysis to prove the value of our technology for mission-critical outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in C/C++, Python, Matlab, and ML, with a strong math/engineering background and the ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2-3 sentence description of advanced degree preferred.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab.
• Experience with Big data/NoSQL databases.
• Software design, algorithm implementation, testing and optimization.
• Machine learning: supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, classification.
• Applied math: differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics.
• Engineering: controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the direction of a small team with your expertise and ideas.
• Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile environment.
• Implement high-performance software from tactical systems to web applications.
• Use modeling/simulation tools and analysis to quantify benefits of technology.
