Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment.
• At least one year of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely manufacture of high-quality battery module products.
• Lead and support Production Supervisors and team members in achieving safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost goals.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions to meet targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, scrap reduction, quality, and cost savings.
• Support root cause analysis and ensure sustainable corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials to troubleshoot issues and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, performance management, and employee development processes.
