Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC in Ellabell, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a high-volume battery module assembly. You will coach operators, troubleshoot equipment, reduce downtime, and enforce standardized work to ensure safe, quality-driven production.

You will partner with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering to meet productivity targets, support continuous improvement, and develop teams on the shop floor in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, high-volume assembly.
• 1+ year supervisory or lead experience.
• Troubleshooting automated equipment.
• KPIs knowledge: OEE, downtime, FPY.
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excel and production reporting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and zero injuries.
• Lead and supervise production operators.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees on performance.
• Manage downtime and drive OEE improvements.
• Ensure quality via control plans and inspection procedures.
• Maintain shift reports and documentation.
• Support Lean initiatives and 5S activities.
