Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain; 5+ years in procurement.
• Experience in e-powertrain manufacturing/automotive procurement.
• Fluent in Korean and English communication.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of GD&T and drawing interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and supplier qualification for BSA sub-parts.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and develop supplier cost models.
• Coordinate supply and demand; maintain supplier relationships.
• Review RFQs/LOIs; ensure compliance with Mobis policy.
• Analyze part costs and lead times; ensure on-time results.
