Qualifications

• 6+ years in high-volume manufacturing.
• Battery systems manufacturing background preferred.
• Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience developing and managing team members.

Responsibilities

• Maximize production efficiency and ensure high-quality output.
• Support root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Materials, and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Coach and mentor team members on standard work and continuous improvement.
• Manage daily operations through KPI tracking.
