Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the BSA Maintenance Department, oversee equipment and personnel, and report performance to management. The role requires TPM proficiency and automation knowledge to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, supervising weekend work, and coordinating with engineering and vendors. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of robotics, automation and injection molding machines.
• Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) techniques.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance department and oversee activities and staff.
• Create weekend work plans and schedule including shutdowns and holidays.
• Plan preventive maintenance, shutdowns and repairs for equipment.
• Monitor downtime, MTTR/MTBF and 3R5S for the shift.
• Communicate results and plans weekly/monthly to management.
• Maintain safety and OSHA/Mobis PPE standards in the workplace.
• Create, monitor and update repairs lists and SAP work orders.
• Assist with new equipment installation with engineering.
• Provide training and evaluate hourly team members' performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors on maintenance issues.
