Job summary

Battery Recyclers of America is seeking a decisive National Sales Rep to drive inbound closing for our battery recycling and environmental services offerings. You’ll work a national pipeline, convert qualified leads, and push to close with urgency, keeping data clean in Salesforce.

Expect an aggressive OTE with $175,000–$225,000 in year one on a path to $250,000+ in year two, plus comprehensive health benefits and a supportive team focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioned B2B sales experience, running full cycle from qualification through close.
• A track record you can speak to with numbers, not adjectives.
• Daily working competency in Salesforce or a comparable CRM; this is a discipline, not an occasional chore.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and closures with urgency and discipline.
• Manage full sales cycle: qualify, scope with operations, quote, negotiate, and close.
• Mine existing accounts for cross-sell opportunities and reactivation.
• Maintain clean data in Salesforce, tracking pipeline, activity, and close dates.
