Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America (PECNA) is expanding its battery production footprint in De Soto, Kansas. We seek a Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume, 24/7 shift, driving safety, quality, and output across a world-class facility.

You will implement standardized work, Lean and SQDCP metrics, and mentor a high-performing team while solving problems in real time to meet ambitious production goals. This on-site role requires strong leadership and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline required. Relevant work experience may substitute.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin/Operations/Industrial Eng preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher and OSHA 30-Hour General Industry beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production targets.
• Ensure adherence to standardized work instructions and Lean initiatives.
• Plan and assign work schedules and priorities for team members.
• Coach and develop frontline staff and collaborate with HR on performance issues.
