You will drive Lean, SQDCP metrics, and zero-defect initiatives while developing a high‑performing team and ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical discipline; equivalent work experience may substitute.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in a high‑volume 24/7 manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, 6S, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and English language.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations to meet production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure development and adherence to Standardized Work Instructions (SWIs).
• Plan and assign work schedules, tasks, and priorities for team members.
• Drive Lean and 6S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coach and develop team members; collaborate with HR on performance issues.
• Support PFMEA and control plans; ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
