Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Battery Operator to manage safe daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the battery system. You will change batteries in MHE, rotate the fleet for utilization, and ensure a clean, organized workspace.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, a GED or high school diploma, and a proactive safety mindset. Shift is 2nd, with benefits starting day 1 and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Attendance required and able to meet shift schedule.
• General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or General Studies required.
• Demonstrates initiative, productivity, quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Change batteries in MHE ensuring they discharge to proper voltage.
• Maintain supply of charged batteries by charging and rotating fleet.
• Perform basic PM on battery system assets and components.
• Keep battery area clean and organized; store tools properly.
• Identify assets needing servicing and notify management of issues.
