Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Battery Operator to manage safe operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the battery system in our Bethlehem facility. You will change batteries in MHE, maintain a steady supply of charged batteries, and keep the workspace clean and organized.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant warehouse experience, a GED or high school diploma, and the ability to work in a cold storage environment. We offer paid training, weekly pay, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in battery or warehouse operations.
• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Ability to work in a cold warehouse environment and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Change batteries in MHE, ensuring discharged batteries meet proper voltage.
• Maintain supply of charged batteries and rotate inventory across chargers.
• Perform basic maintenance on battery system assets and keep areas clean and organized.
• Ensure all assets are in operable condition and report issues to management.
