C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Battery Operator in Bethlehem, PA to safely operate, monitor, and maintain the battery system. You will change batteries in MHE, rotate the fleet, ensure charged batteries are available, and keep the area clean and safe.

The role requires 1-2 years of relevant experience, GED/HS diploma, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced warehouse. Shift is 2nd, with competitive hourly pay and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Change batteries in MHE ensuring discharge to proper voltage.
• Maintain a steady supply of charged batteries and proper rotation.
• Perform basic maintenance on battery system assets and chargers.
• Keep the work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Identify assets needing service and report to management.

Responsibilities

• Change Batteries in MHE and rotate fleet to maximize usage.
• Monitor charging systems and ensure batteries receive timely charges.
• Perform basic PM on batteries, chargers, and racks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of battery area.
• Notify leadership of asset issues and tracking repairs.
