Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in commercial scale cell and/or battery assembly and testing.
• Experience in design and development of batteries/cells, ideally lithium-ion.
• Hands-on experience with developing technical specifications for components.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal battery application testing of ExxonMobil and commercially available battery anode products.
• Represent ExxonMobil in interactions with customers and industry partners.
• Address potential customer inquiries and articulate the values of performance products.

Skills

Experience in commercial scale cell and/or battery assembly and testing

Design and development of lithium-ion batteries/cells

Technical specifications development for components

Understanding of carbon anode materials

Ability to influence and collaborate

Education

B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrochemistry or Chemical Engineering
