Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a Sales Development Manager in Spring, Texas, to lead sales efforts for advanced battery anode materials. This role involves managing key accounts and developing global sales strategies to drive commercial success in the EV and energy storage markets.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical sales background in battery materials, excels in communication, and has experience engaging with automotive OEMs. Competitive packages, including pension and medical plans, are available to employees.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in battery materials and/or EV/ESS related industries.
• Experience working at or with automotive OEMs and/or battery cell manufacturers.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating with battery anode and/or cathode materials suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Grow Synthetic Graphite sales and ensure customer success.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain stakeholders.
