Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or the battery industry.
Background in electrode fabrication involving mixing, coating, or calendering is a plus.
Familiarity with chemistry lab safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Coat and calender Coreshell’s electrode rolls following specifications.
Operate electrode fabrication machinery on the Pilot Line.
Perform routine quality control tests on fabricated electrodes.
Characterize electrode features using materials analytical techniques.
Design experiments to define optimal process parameters.
Clean equipment after electrode production runs.
Manage inventory of manufacturing consumables.
Follow and maintain standard operating procedures.
