Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or the battery industry.
• Background in electrode fabrication involving mixing, coating, or calendering is a plus.
• Familiarity with chemistry lab safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coat and calender Coreshell’s electrode rolls following specifications.
• Operate electrode fabrication machinery on the Pilot Line.
• Perform routine quality control tests on fabricated electrodes.
• Characterize electrode features using materials analytical techniques.
• Design experiments to define optimal process parameters.
• Clean equipment after electrode production runs.
• Manage inventory of manufacturing consumables.
• Follow and maintain standard operating procedures.
