Coreshell is looking for a Battery Technician - Electrode Production in San Leandro, CA. You will focus on electrode fabrication, operating complex machinery, and ensuring quality control. Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or battery industry is required.
• Background in electrode fabrication (mixing, coating or calendering) is a plus.
• Familiarity with chemistry lab safety protocols is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coat and calender electrode rolls following strict specifications.
• Operate complex electrode fabrication machinery on the Pilot Line.
• Perform routine quality control tests on fabricated electrodes.
• Characterize electrode features and defects using analytical techniques.
• Record parameters used and observed in fabrication processes.
