Job summary

Coreshell Technologies is seeking a Battery Technician - Electrode Production in San Leandro, CA. This full-time position requires experience in large-scale battery electrode manufacturing and process development. Responsibilities include electrode fabrication, quality control testing, and conducting experiments to define process parameters. Ideal candidates will have a relevant B.S. degree and familiarity with chemistry lab protocols. The salary range is $30-35/hr with additional stock incentives and benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or similarly relevant field.
• Experience in manufacturing or battery industry.
• Background in production or wet lab work involving electrode fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Coat and calender electrode rolls following strict specifications.
• Operate electrode fabrication machinery on the Pilot Line.
• Perform routine quality control tests on fabricated electrodes.
• Design and perform experiments to define optimal process parameters.
