Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Materials Science or related field.
• 1–3 years with analytical instruments in a battery lab.
• Strong data quality mindset with SOP adherence.
• Safety-focused laboratory practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming QC characterization and pass/fail decisions.
• Operate instruments for materials analysis (XRD, SEM/EDS, TGA/DSC, etc.).
• Prepare samples via milling, drying, and cross‑sectioning.
• Maintain the materials inventory database and support supplier qualification.
• Generate clear characterization reports and track calibration and SOP documentation.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of lab spaces.
