Job summary

Crane Company seeks a Service Center Sales Manager for the Baton Rouge Service Center (Gulf Region). You will lead the sales and inside sales team, drive top-line growth, and manage the customer experience to hit aggressive targets.

You will partner with regional leadership and operations to optimize quoting, forecasting, and delivery while building a high-performing, value-based sales culture in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years of technical sales experience.
• 5+ years in service sales and 5+ years in team leadership or supervision.
• Demonstrated people-leadership and accountability for targets.
• Strong business acumen with ability to manage a sales P&L and forecast.
• Proficient in value-based selling and contract negotiations to win orders.

Responsibilities

• Own BRSC sales plan and lead a team to profitable growth from 3M in 2026 to 10M by 2029.
• Set territory strategy, prioritize MRO growth and key projects.
• Coach team on targets, funnel health, and quote-to-order conversion.
• Direct Inside Sales to advance opportunities and respond to leads promptly.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, marketing, and operations to remove growth barriers.
