Job summary

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions Group is seeking a Sales Representative for Baton Rouge, LA. The role is home-based within 50 miles of Baton Rouge and offers a salary range of $86,000–$126,000 per year, plus a sales incentive plan and a company vehicle.

Responsibilities include executing a Regional Operating Plan, developing market growth through channel partners and end-users, and supporting specification-driven opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum two (2) years of inside or outside sales experience in the electrical industry or a related industrial field
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Baton Rouge, LA
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Develop and realize portion of Baton Rouge territory sales plan.
• Create a demand for Crouse-Hinds/B-Line products with target accounts.
• Plan and allocate time for sales activities with distributors and major accounts.
• Maintain records of selling activities and protect company property.
• Stay informed about competitor products and provide product knowledge to teams.
