Design seasonal bath collections, create CADs, repeats, and colorways, develop trims and textures, and prepare production‑ready art and tech packs for factories.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in product/textile design, strong textiles knowledge, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in product design, textile design, home design, or related field.
• Strong understanding of soft home product design, development, and manufacturing.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal bath collections and assortments.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
