Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum in product design or textile design or related field.
• Experience with soft‑home categories is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience creating production‑ready artwork and repeats.
• Good understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and tech packs for factories.
• Review samples and lab dips, manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing and production.
• Oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
