Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product / Textile Designer – Bath for a leading home fashions company in New York. This hands-on role supports licensed and private-label brands across bath and soft home categories, taking concepts from initial idea through production.

The successful candidate will design seasonal bath collections, create CADs and colorways, develop trims and textures, and prepare tech packs for factories while coordinating with design leadership, sales, sourcing and

Qualifications

3–5 years minimum in product design, textile design, or related field.
Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with Pointcarre is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details.
Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
Review samples, strike-offs, lab dips, and manage revisions and approvals.
Collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
Oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
