Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Product / Textile Designer – Bath to join a leading home fashions company in New York.

You will design bath and soft home collections, create CADs, repeats, colorways, and production-ready artwork from concept to production. You will collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams to deliver brand-aligned, high-quality goods on tight schedules, balancing creativity with technical execution across multiple licensed and private-label

Qualifications

3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.

Responsibilities

Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details.
Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
