Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Product / Textile Designer – Bath for a leading home fashions company in New York, NY. This hands-on role covers the full product lifecycle from concept to production, with responsibility for bath and soft home categories.

You'll design seasonal collections, produce CADs and repeat patterns, develop trims and textures, prepare production-ready artwork and teardowns, and collaborate with design leadership, sales, sourcing and production teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field.
• Experience with soft home products and textiles is essential.
• Ability to develop production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines
