Job summary

Unknown Home Fashions seeks a Product/Textile Designer to support licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This hands-on role spans concept through production.

You will design seasonal collections, create CADs, repeats, and colorways; develop trims, textures, and construction details; and prepare production-ready artwork and tech packs for factories. Collaboration with design leadership and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or related field.
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience producing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to own projects.
• Able to manage multiple brands and seasonal timelines.

Overview

A leading home fashions company is seeking a Product/Textile Designer to support a variety of licensed and private-label brands across bath and other soft home categories. This hands-on design role combines creative development with technical execution across the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through production.

What you'll do

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and product construction details
• Prepare production-ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories
• Review samples, strike-offs, and lab dips, managing revisions and approvals
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum of experience in product design, textile design, home design, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
• Experience developing production-ready artwork and repeat patterns
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and seasonal timelines

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus
