Job summary

Management Performance Associates is seeking a Product / Textile Designer for bath and soft home ranges in New York. This hands-on role spans concept through production, driving seasonal collections across licensed and private-label brands.

You will create CADs and repeat patterns, develop trims and textures, and prepare tech packs for factories, collaborating with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years minimum of experience in product or textile design.
• Experience with hard bath goods is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre.
• Experience delivering production-ready artwork and repeat patterns.
• Strong knowledge of textiles and soft-goods construction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to own projects.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and seasonal timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal collections and assortments for bath and other soft home products.
• Create CADs, repeat patterns, engineered placements, and colorways.
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork and detailed tech packs for factories.
• Review samples, strike‑offs, and lab dips and manage revisions and approvals.
• Collaborate closely with design leadership, sales, sourcing, and production teams.
• Oversee multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
