Job summary

Crystal Geyser Water Company is seeking a Batching Supervisor to coordinate all batching and extraction activities at the Bakersfield plant. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, sanitation, inventory control, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality product batching aligned with company standards.

The role requires supervising 3–4 staff, developing staffing plans, and enforcing CIP and waste-water monitoring procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• One to two years of batching/production experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate batching and extraction activities.
• Maintain inventory of batching materials and records.
• Lead safety trainings and conduct meetings.
• Develop staffing plans for batching and extraction.
• Train employees on batching methods and sanitation.
