Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Lead, Batcher to direct daily batching operations in our California beverage production facility. You will manage sanitation, batching, and equipment to meet safety, quality, and production goals, following GMP/HACCP standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in beverage production, 1–3 years in batching with FDA regulatory exposure, and strong Office Suite skills. This is an on-site, full-time position with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Safety or Manufacturing.
• 3–5 years beverage production facility experience.
• 1–3 years batcher/technician with FDA regulatory environment.
• Proficient with Office Suite.
• Basic English language knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations for batching, sanitation, and production goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, and GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Inspect batching equipment and perform CIP, cleaning.
• Analyze batching yields and ERP data; monitor material lots.
• Collaborate on process improvements with maintenance and plant leadership.
• Operate blenders and PLC-controlled agitation post-QC.
