Job summary

Crystal Geyser Water Company is seeking a Batching Supervisor to coordinate all batching and extraction activities on-site in Bakersfield. You will lead a small team, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and manage sanitation, inventory, and wastewater monitoring.

Reports to the Operations Manager and collaborates with plant leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–2 years of batching/production experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• One to two years of related batching/production experience, or equivalent.
• Prior supervisory experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct batching and extraction operations to ensure safe, accurate, and high-quality product batching.
• Lead and develop a small team of batching personnel.
• Maintain accurate batching and extraction records and inventories.
• Coordinate CIP verifications and sanitation practices.
• Monitor wastewater and ensure regulatory compliance.
