Job summary

Delta Bev in Canoga Park, CA is seeking a Batch/Seller Operator to batch dry and liquid ingredients, weigh according to recipes, and manage transfers through finishing vessels. You will monitor carbonation, operate pumps, and document batch data in reports.

Ideal candidates bring strong math skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a readiness to train others. Must be 21+ and pass fingerprinting for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cannabis facility experience preferred.
• Strong math and measurement conversion skills.

Responsibilities

• Manually batch dry and liquid ingredients, weighing to recipes.
• Operate CIP system and transfer beverages between vessels.
• Fill batch reports and document lot numbers and expirations.
• Collaborate with QA on results and adjust batches as needed.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.
