Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2–3 years of specialized technical training or apprenticeship preferred
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience required
• Proficient with dispatch systems, PC, phone headsets; able to use automated batching software

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks and LOTO procedures.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log system errors, water overrides and mix changes.
• Monitor moisture inputs and adjust water to maintain target water/cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Coordinate with drivers to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain high-quality production outputs for client milestones.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental policies and promote safety culture.
