Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor plant vitals and ensure safety interlocks function; follow lockout/tagout practices.
• Generate precise electronic batch tickets for every load.
• Log system errors, water overrides and mix changes electronically.
• Adjust moisture percentages to maintain target water-to-cement ratio.
• Prevent material waste and avoid out-of-spec loads.
• Coordinate with drivers to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Support client milestones with consistent production outputs.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
