Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of related customer service or dispatch experience.
• Working knowledge of dispatch systems, PC hardware and telephone headsets.
• Basic computer and mathematics skills.
• Sit, stand, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Climb on equipment and ladders, walk on uneven surfaces.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays and overnights.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE, including respirator fit tests.

Responsibilities

• Batch concrete efficiently using computer or manual controls, following approved mix designs.
• Perform daily plant maintenance and basic adjustments.
• Complete customer orders, schedule deliveries and handle paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with drivers to fulfill orders.
• Inspect plant and equipment daily and report issues.
• Collaborate with management to address current and potential problems.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental policies at all times.
